These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Tempur99 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the Tempur99 website, mobile platform, applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Service").

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on Tempur99, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

2. You are a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and automated systems may not register Accounts.

7. You possess a valid payment method accepted by Tempur99 (including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, or USDT) that is registered in your own name.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different identity, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances held.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address (Malaysian address accepted), and a valid contact email address. You agree to update this information promptly should it change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. Tempur99 shall not be liable for any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security. If you suspect your Account has been compromised, you must notify our support team immediately.

Tempur99 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.

All financial transactions on Tempur99 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank), bank wire transfer, credit/debit card, and USDT TRC20.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: RM50 (or MYR 100 for cryptocurrency deposits).
• Deposits via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited instantly.
• FPX and DuitNow deposits typically credit within 5–15 minutes, subject to the Player's bank processing time.
• USDT TRC20 deposits typically credit within 15–30 minutes following blockchain confirmation.
• Tempur99 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed in the order in which they are received, subject to completion of KYC verification.

• DuitNow and FPX bank transfers are typically completed within 5–15 minutes.
• Bank wire withdrawals are typically completed within 15–60 minutes.
• All processing times are estimates and may vary based on bank operating hours, public holidays, and KYC status.
• Tempur99 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals exceeding MYR 5,000.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in the same name as the Tempur99 Account.

Tempur99 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, VIP tier bonuses, and esports-specific promotions. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which supplement and form part of this Agreement.

General Bonus Terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players aged 21 years and above only.
• Each welcome bonus offer may be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Specific wagering multipliers are stated on each promotion page.
• Tempur99 reserves the right to adjust, modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Bonuses credited to a Player's Account must be used within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion terms. Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.
• Tempur99 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonus where there is reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, including (but not limited to) creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or systematically exploiting promotional mechanics.
• Certain games may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at a lower rate as stated in individual promotion terms.

All bets and wagers placed on Tempur99 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market, which are displayed within the game interface or sports betting section of the Platform.

• Bets are only valid once confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued. Verbal or informal agreements do not constitute valid bets.
• Tempur99 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a system error or typographical mistake.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sporting event, the official result as recognised by the relevant governing body or game provider shall be final.
• All casino game outcomes on Tempur99 are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that are independently tested for fairness.
• Tempur99 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any game or market at any time without prior notice.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These are displayed within each game interface and may be adjusted at Tempur99's discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on Tempur99 and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds held in the Account:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one Account (whether in your own name or any other name).
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform without prior written consent from Tempur99.
• Exploiting software errors, vulnerabilities, or game malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players or with any third party to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus conditions.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting, match fixing, or exploiting mispriced odds with the intent to defraud Tempur99.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your Account.
• Depositing funds from payment instruments that do not belong to you or that have been obtained fraudulently.

Tempur99's total aggregate liability to any individual Player under or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Tempur99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request.
• Reasonable suspicion that an Account is being operated by a person under the age of 21.
• Legal, regulatory, or compliance obligations requiring Tempur99 to restrict access.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

In cases of Account closure due to a Player's breach, Tempur99 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Account Balance pending investigation. Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting the support team.

Tempur99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, Tempur99 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and request closure of your Account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tempur99 holds its applicable gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any dispute regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
